  • We use AWS to host the Test Management for Jira Cloud addon

  • The addon only uses Atlassian user ids and the Jira instance client key to search data

  • The user’s email addresses are not being collected

  • Every request to our servers is validated using a JWT

  • The addon uses SSL to communicate with our servers and uses the official and recommended mechanisms to communicate with the Jira API

  • We use MongoDB atlas as our database provider

  • We use a multi tenant architecture for the addon
